AB  - Günümüz dünyasında, işletmelerin kar elde edebilmek, sağlıklı büyüme sağlamak ve piyasada kalıcı olabilmekiçin istikrarlı ve sağlam bir tedarikçi ağına sahip olması şarttır. Bu çalışma ile satın alma faaliyetleri yürüten birkamu kuruluşu için, en uygun kriterleri dikkate alarak, tedarikçi seçimi, değerlendirilmesi ve isabetli birfiyatlandırma mekanizması oluşturmak hedeflenmiştir. Bu hedef doğrultusunda, kurumun tedarikçi seçim vedeğerlendirme sürecine etki eden kriterler ve kriterler arası etkileşimler anket çalışması ve istatistiksel analiz ilebelirlenmiştir. Analiz sonucunda elde edilen kriter ve alt kriterler, Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (AHP) ileağırlıklandırılmıştır. 32 tedarikçi firmanın seçim ve değerlendirilmesi için, çok kriterli karar vermeyöntemlerinden PROMETHEE II metodu kullanılmıştır. Tedarikçilerin her bir kriter bazında da performanslarıdeğerlendirilerek, satın alma sürecinde performanslarındaki farklılıkların kaynağı hakkında geri bildirimlersağlanmıştır. AHP yöntemi ile elde edilen kriter ağırlıklarındaki değişimin sonuca etkilerini araştırmak amacıylaDurağan Aralık Analizi yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak çalışma, kurumda tedarikçilerin doğrudeğerlendirilmemesinden kaynaklanan ekonomik kayıpların en aza indirilmesini mümkün kılmıştır.
