The research was prepared in accordance with the document analysis method, one of the qualitative research designs. In the study, the minutes of the teachers’ board meetings held between 1934-1971 years of Trabzon High School, which was established in 1885 and is one of the oldest high schools in our country, was discussed. The research was limited between the years 1934-1971, as the minutes of the teachers’ board meetings after 1971 could not be reached regularly. The data obtained from the research were analyzed by content analysis technique. These data were brought together within the framework of certain concepts and themes, organized in an understandable way, and interpreted in tables. As a result of the research, problems related to teachers, out-of-school education, discipline problems, training of teachers, educational tools, general education problems, how to conduct exams, and physical facilities of the school were determined in the meeting minutes of the teachers’ board.}, number={1}, publisher={Ahmet ŞİMŞEK}
