N2  - In this article. the modernized trends. and educational opportunities for higher education are considered in a systematic manner. It also discusses the main local and universal reviews and criticism regarding the basic seven themes of which university’s system is composed of. In this context. the universities have been anticipated to educate the citizens of the global world while taking the local needs into account. All these promote the nature of being an “entrepreneurial university.” As a whole. the operation of the main six principles. that are discussed in details in the article. would enhance universities system to keep pace with the developing global market
