AB  - Mikrobiyolojik verilerin analizinde yararlanılan transformasyon yöntemleri üzerinde durulmuştur. En uygun transformasyon yönteminin seçimi örnek bir olay üzerinde açıklanmıştır. Varyans analizinin bu koşullarını yerine getirmeyen verilerin analizi ile güvenilir olmayan ve pratik açıdan yorumlanması zor yanıltıcı sonuçlar elde edileceği gösterilmiştir
N2  - This paper deals with transformations that are required when the assumptions of analysis of variance technique are violated. The necessity of the choice of suitable transformation in the analysis of microbiological data was explained using a real case. It was shown that when the data where the assumptions of ANOVA are infringed were directly analyzed, the results to be obtained would be unreliable and very difficult to explain in reality.
