AB  - Eskişehir’de tüketilen çiğ sütlerin hijyenik kalitesine indeks olabilecek mikrobiyolojik incelemeler yapılmıştır. Örnekler toplam canlı bakteri, koliform bakteriler, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella-Shigella, fekal streptokok, psikrofilik bakteriler, maya ve küf sayıları yönünden analiz edilmiştir.  Süt örneklerinde toplam bakteri, koliform bakteri, E. coli, S. aureus, psikrofilik bakteri ile maya ve küf sayıları yüksek olarak bulunmuştur. Salmonella ise 36 örneğin 2’sinden izole edilmiştir.  Topla bakteri, koliform bakteri, E. coli ve S. aureus sayımlarında kış ile karşılaştırıldığında yazın artış olmuştur.
N2  - Microbiological aspect indicating hygienic quality of raw milk were examined. The samples were analyzed for total aerobic bacteria coliforms, Escherichia coli, S. aureus, Salmonella-Shigella, fecal streptococci, psychrotrophilic bacteria, yeast and mould counts.  Microbiological test revealed the presence of very high counts of total bacteria total coliforms, E. coli, S. aureus, psychrotrophic bacteria, yeast and mould. In two samples of 36 Salmonella was found.  An increase in total bacteria, total coliform, E. coli and S. aureus counts of raw milk was detected during summer in comparison to winter.
