Bootstrap regression analysis was conducted to test the mediating effect of work commitment on the effect of paternalist leadership on positive voice. As a result of the analysis, it was found that paternalist leadership and work commitment had a significant and positive indirect effect of 19.19% on positive vocal behavior (b = 0.1919, 95% CI [0.1344, 0.2565]).
