Patient’s data including, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) score, age, gender, vital signs, drugs, complications, and the need of close monitoring in intensive care units were recorded </p> <p> <strong>Results </strong>: In our practice, we mostly performed anesthesia/sedation in ASA II patients, propofol was the most commonly used drug. In adults most common procedures were invitro fertilization (%23,8), in pediatric patients most common procedures were interventional cardiology procedures, which performed  outside the operating room.
