Mediastinumda serbest hava bulunması olarak tanımlanan pnömomediastinumda, klinik olarak nefes darlığı, göğüs ağrısı ve cilt altı amfizemi izlenir. In pneumomediastinum, which is defined as the presence of free air in the mediastinum, clinically dyspnea, chest pain and subcutaneous emphysema are observed.
