For this purpose, the research is carried out on 141 personnel working at a state university. SPSS Process Macro is used to test the research hypotheses. According to the findings obtained from the research data, organizational alignment has a significant effect on increasing the degree of person-organization fit in organizations. Organizational alignment and person-organization fit have positive and significant effects on job satisfaction. Finally, the person-organization fit has a mediating role in the effect of organizational alignment on the job satisfaction of academic and administrative personnel.}, number={2}
