AB  - Bu çalışma, küreselleşme sürecinin dinamik yapısından kaynaklanan olumsuz sonuçlarınaçözüm üretebilmek için ortaya atılan projelerden biri olan kozmopolitandemokrasiyi tartışmaktadır. Bu doğrultuda kozmopolitan demokratların ve bu projeyeeleştirel yaklaşan ekollerin temel savları ele alınmıştır. Bu çerçevede çalışmanıntemel araştırma sorusu, kozmopolitan demokrasi projesinin, küreselleşmenin yarattığısorunlara çözüm getirip getiremeyeceğidir. Bu bağlamda, Birleşmiş Milletlerbaşta olmak üzere hükümetler arası kurumlara yönelik reform önerilerine karşı,ekollerin farklı yaklaşımları, güncel küresel sorunlar çerçevesinde analiz edilmeyeçalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın temel araştırma sorusu, kozmopolitan demokrasi projesinin,küreselleşmenin yarattığı sorunlara çözüm getirip getiremeyeceğidir.

N2  - This paper discusses cosmopolitan democracy, one of the projects put forwardto solve the negative consequences of the dynamic nature of the globalizationprocess. In this respect, the main arguments of cosmopolitan democrats andschools of critical approach to this project are discussed. The main researchquestion of this study is whether the cosmopolitan democracy project can solve theproblems created by globalization. In this context, different approaches of schoolswere tried to be analyzed within the framework of current global problems againstreform proposals for intergovernmental institutions, especially the United Nations.The main research question of the study is whether the cosmopolitan democracyproject can bring solutions to the problems created by globalization.
