Abstract
Solar maculopathy is defined as a macular damage induced by direct exposure to sunlight. The basis of the maculopathy is thought to be the result of the combination of photochemical and thermal effects of the sunlight on retina. The aim of the present case report is to evaluate and discuss a 46-years old patient who have diagnosed as bilateral late solar maculopathy in the light of optical coherence tomography and fundus flourescein angiography findings.

Abstract
Solar makülopati; makülanın güneş ışınlarına direkt maruziyeti sonucu oluşan maküler hasar olarak tanımlanır. Maküler hasarın temelinin güneş ışığının retina üzerindeki fotokimyasal ve termal etkilerin kombinasyonu sonucu oluştuğu düşünülmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunun amacı; görme azlığı şikayeti ile olan ve bilateral geç dönem solar makülopati tanısı konan 46 yaşındaki bir olgunun; optik koherens tomografi ve fundus flouresan anjiografi bulguları ile beraber değerlendirilmesi ve tartışılmasıdır.
