                            <p>In this study, we aimed to investigate the work done in Turkey on online reading. In the study, “descriptive analysis” technique was used to analyze the data obtained by conducting a qualitative research technique, called “document analysis”. In the first stage of the study, a search was made in the summaries and full-texts of the theses that were indexed in the National Thesis Center of Republic of Turkey’s Council of Higher Education with the following keywords: online reading, electronic reading, internet searching – understanding strategies, internet information search, online information search strategies, screen reading, e – book reading, internet based reading, internet reading. Then, Dergipark, ULAKBIM, Google Scholar, National Library and National Collective Catalog databases were used for the same purpose. Some findings of the study are as follows: most of the published works were written in 2018 and 2019. In between the years of 2010 and 2020, 37 of the published works were masters theses, 6 of them were doctoral theses, 80 of them were articles and 17 of them were articles. The universities that publıshed most of those theses were: Gazi University, Hacettepe University, and Sakarya University. Most of the articles published on this topic were published in the journal called Turkish Studies. When the articles were examined based on the number of the authors, it was seen that most of them were co- authored by two authors.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’de çevrimiçi okuma üzerine yapılan çalışmaların incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada nitel araştırma tekniklerinden “ doküman taraması” yapılarak elde edilen verilerin analizinde “ betimsel analiz” tekniği kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın ilk aşamasında Ulusal Tez Merkezi’nde yayımlanan özet ve tam metin tezler “çevrimiçi okuma, elektronik ortamlardan okuma, internette arama – anlama stratejileri” anahtar kelimeleri ile araştırılmış; daha sonra Dergi Park, TRDizin, Google Scholar, Millî Kütüphane ve Ulusal Toplu Katalogdan yararlanılmıştır. Dijital ortamlarda yapılan okuma etkinlikleri, çevrimiçi (online) okuma, ekran okuma, dijital okuma / okuryazarlık ve çevrimiçi (online) okuryazarlık gibi kavramlarla ifade ettiği için çalışmaya, bu anahtar kelimelerle, literatür taramaya devam edilirken karşılaşılan çevrimiçi okumayı ilgilendiren yeni okuryazarlık, internette bilgi arama, çevrimiçi bilgi arama stratejileri, ekrandan okuma, e – kitap okuma, internet tabanlı okuma, internet üzerinden okuma gibi anahtar kelimeler de dahil edilmiştir. Araştırmanın bulgularında en fazla yayının 2018 ve 2019 yıllarında yapıldığı görülmektedir. 2010 – 2020 yılları arasında ise yapılan çalışmaların, 37’si yüksek lisans, 6’sı doktora tezi ile 80’i makale ve 17’si bildiridir. Tezlerin en fazla yapılmış olduğu üniversiteler arasında Gazi, Hacettepe ve Sakarya Üniversitesi yer almaktadır. Turkish Studies ise en fazla yayının yapıldığı dergidir. Makalelere yazar sayılarına göre bakıldığında genellikle iki yazarlı oldukları görülmektedir.</p></abstract>
