                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu çalışmada Kayseri ilindeki bina, atölye, imalathane, fabrika vb. yapılarda meydana gelen yangınlar istatiksel olarak incelenmiştir. Yangın olayları genel olarak yapısal ve yapısal olmayan yangınlar olarak sınıflandırılmaktadır. Çalışmada bina ve atölye-imalathane-fabrika vb. (AİF) yangınlar yapısal yangınlar kapsamında ele alınmıştır. Yapısal yangınlar maddi hasarın en çok olduğu yangınlardır. Geçmişte meydana gelen bu yangınların analizi gelecekte meydana gelmesi muhtemel yangın olaylarının engellenebilmesi için önem arz etmektedir. Yapısal yangınların; yıllara göre değişimleri, yanma dereceleri ve taşıyıcı sistem malzemeleri değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca meydana gelen bütün yangınlar ve yapısal yangınlara ait yangınların çıkış sebepleri incelenmiştir. Çalışma sonunda 2000-2018 yılı istatistiklerine göre nüfus ve yangın sayıları arasında kuvvetli bir ilişki varlığı tespit edilmiştir. 2012-2018 sürecinde ise meydana gelen en fazla yangın türünün “ot-saman-çöp-ekin” yangınları olduğu görülmüştür. İncelenen 7 yıllık süreçte meydana gelen 20191 adet yangın olayının %17,10’unun bina ve AİF’lerde meydana geldiği, tamamen yanma olayının bina yangınlarında daha yüksek olduğu ve yapısal yangınların taşıyıcı malzemesinin %89,06’sının betonarme yapı olduğu belirlenmiştir. Yangın çıkış sebeplerine göre AİF’lerde elektrik kontağı yangınlarının bina yangınlarına göre daha fazla meydana geldiği, binalarda ise baca tutuşması ve ocak-soba-kalorifer kazanına bağlı yangınların daha fazla olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak, yangın türüne bağlı olarak yangın çıkış sebebinin farklılık gösterdiği, yapının kullanım amacına uygun olarak gerekli yangın güvenlik önlemlerinin alınmasının gerekliliği ön plana çıkmıştır.</p></abstract>

                            <p>In this study, fires occurring in buildings, workshops, factories, etc. in Kayseri province were statistically analyzed. Fire events are generally classified as structural and non-structural fires. In the study, building and workshop-workshop-factory, etc. (WWF) fires are discussed within the scope of structural fires. Structural fires are the fires with the most material damage. The analysis of these past fires is important in order to prevent possible future fires. Structural fires; changes according to years, burning degrees and carrier system materials were evaluated. In addition, all fires that occurred and the causes of fires related to structural fires were examined. At the end of the study, a strong relationship between the population and the number of fires was determined according to the statistics of 2000-2018. In the 2012-2018 period, it was observed that the most common type of fire was &quot;grass-straw-garbage-crop&quot; fires. It was determined that 17,10% of 20191 fire incidents occurred in the 7-year period examined, occurred in buildings and WWF, complete combustion was higher in building fires and 89.06% of the carrier material of structural fires was reinforced concrete. According to the reasons of fire exit, it has been observed that electrical contact fires occur more in WWF than building fires, while in buildings, chimney ignition and fires due to stove-stove-heating boiler are more common. As a result, it became prominent that the cause of the fire varies depending on the type of fire, and the necessity of taking the necessary fire safety measures in accordance with the intended use of the building.</p></trans-abstract>
