Papaver somniferum L. var. Office-95 Kallus Kültürlerinde Somatik Embriyogenesis ve Sürgün Rejenerasyonu

Öz

Bu yatağı performansını belirlemek olmuştur. Yumru verimi, yumru sayısı ve ortalama yumru ağırlığı bakımından orta erkenci Marabel çeşidinde, genel olarak diğer çeşitlere (erkenci Velox ve orta erkenci Concorde) göre daha yüksek değerler elde edilmiştir. Bu verim komponentleri bakımından tarladaki ve tohum yatağındaki fidelerde sera koşullarında büyütülen fidelere göre daha düşük değerler bulunmuştur. Sera ve tarla fidelerinde >4 g yumru yüzdesi yaklaşık % 80 ve tohum yatağında % 45 ile % 55 arasında saptanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, sera ve tohum yatağı patates fideleri temel mini yumru tohumluk stoklarının üretimi için etkili olarak kullanılabilir

Somatic Embryogenesis and Shoot Regeneration From Callus Cultures of Papaver somniferum L. cv. Office-95

Öz

Opium poppy (Papaver somniferum L.) cv. Office-95 callus cultures derived from hypocotyl explant of seedlings germinated in vitro was established on Murashige-Skoog medium (MS) containing 1 mg/l NAA. All the calli regenerated to the shoots via somatic embryogenesis when they were transferred into hormone free MS. Roots also appeared nearwith these regenerated shoots in the same medium. The optimized procedure required less than 12 weeks from the germination of seeds to the occurence of regenerants.
