Bu çalışmanın amacı, ortaöğretim 9. 10. ve ı 1. sınıf öğrencilerinin beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni ileolan iletişimieri hakkındaki görüşlerini belirlemektir.Araştırma, Erzurum il Merkezindeki 6 ortaöğretim okulunda yapılmıştır. Okullar, 5 merkez ilçeninfarklı semt/erinden seçilmiş, denekler tesadüfu olarak belirlenmişlir. Araştırmaya 205'i kız 325'i deerkek olmak üzere toplam 530 öğrenci katılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan öğrencilere, araştırmacılartarafından geliştirilen bir anket uygulanarak beden eğitimi ve spor dersi öğretmenleriyle olan dersiletişimIerinin doğası hakkında veri elde edilmeye çalışılmışttr. Araştırmada anket yoluyla elde edilensonuçlar SPSS 10.0 yoluyla analiz edilmiş ve sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır.Çalışma sonucunda öğretmenlerin öğrencilere eşit söz hakkL verdiğini, her zaman soru sonnalannıistediğini, derslere aktif olarak katılımlarını teşvik ettiği, beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin güleryüzlü, sevecen ve şakacı olduğunu, öğretmenlerin ara sıra kınCL ve aşağılayıcı konuşmalar dayaptığını, bazen de öğrencilere şiddet uyguladıkları belirtilmişiir.Anahtar kelimeler: Ortaöğretim, beden eğitimi, spor, iletişim.ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to coHect information from the grades of 9th to II ılı grades higb schoolstudents about the nature of communicalion with their plıysical educatıon and sport teachers.The researeb was done in randamly selected six high schools that were drawn from five differentdistricts in Erzurum province in Turkey. Therefore, the socio-economic status of the schools was alsoconsidered in the study. A total of 530 students who were taking physieal educatıon and sport coursewere participated in this study (205 female and 325 male) They received a researcher-madequestionnaire to obtain their views on the physical education and sports courses. The data collectedand analyzed using SPSS 10.0 were discussed and interpreted.The results of the questionnaire revealed that stndents have equal opportunities in conversationstaking place in their eourses; theİr teachers generally require them to involve in the tasks actively, andsometimes their teachers may havc eruel speeehes against them. Their teachers are generallyhumorous, cheerful and eompassionate. Some students also indicated that they have teachers who usephysical and emotıonal violence during the lesson hours.Keywords: Second.ary School, Physical Education and Sports, Communication
