                            <p>The purpose of the study is to analyze the contribution of the support provided for academicians by their institutions regarding their academic development to their organizational commitment. In accordance with this aim, the Project Development and Coordination Office affiliated to Atatürk University Rectorate launched a project. Under this project, the participants were given an eight-week mentored training named “One to One Project Writing Training-3”. A specialist mentor was assigned to each academician regarding the topics related to the project proposals, and the participants worked together with their mentors during this period and wrote a project proposal that was considered as R&amp;amp;D. After eight weeks, in-depth interviews were performed with the participants and the study analyzed how they received their mentored project writing support for their career and this support transformed their organizational commitment. The research results revealed that the support provided for academicians by their institutions has a contribution that leads to an increase in the organization&#039;s commitment helps them to adopt the goals and values of the organization and increases their willingness to strive for the organization.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Çalışmanın amacı; akademisyenelere kurumları tarafından verilen akademik gelişime yönelik desteklerin akademisyenlerin örgütsel bağlılıklarına katkısını araştırmaktır. Bu amacı gerçekleştirmek için, öncelikle Atatürk Üniversitesi Rektörlüğüne bağlı Proje Geliştirme ve Koordinasyon Ofisinin katkılarıyla, katılımcılara sekiz haftalık mentörlü “Bire Bir Proje Yazma Eğitimi-3” başlıklı bir eğitim verilmiştir. Akademisyenlere, proje önerileriyle ilgili konularda uzman birer mentör atanmış ve katılımcılar bu süre boyunca mentörleriyle birlikte çalışarak AR-GE niteliği taşıyan birer proje önerisi yazmışlardır. Sekiz haftanın ardından, katılımcılarla derinlemesine görüşmeler yapılarak kurumlarından aldıkları ve kariyerlerinde ilerleme sağlamaya yönelik mentörlü proje yazma desteğinin katılımcıların örgütsel bağlılıklarını nasıl dönüştürdüğü incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; çalışanlara örgütleri tarafından verilen desteklerin; örgüt bağlılığını artırıcı katkı sunduğu, çalışanların örgütün hedef ve değerlerini benimsemelerine yardımcı olduğu ve organizasyon için çaba gösterme isteklerini artırdığı ortaya konmuştur.</p></abstract>
