Sanat eğitimi, tarihsel süreci içinde, dönemlerin ekonomik kültürelkoşullarına bağlı olarak eğitim sistemlerinde varlık göstermiş, teknolojikgelişmelerin yaşanmaya başlandığı dönemlerden itibaren de hedefler “toplumsalbir varlık kazanma”, insan olmanın bilincine varma” estetik duyarlılıkkazanma”, ”yaratıcı kişilik” çerçevesinde oluşturulmuştur. Ancak bu hedeflerinne anlama geldiği, bireye ne tür kazanımlar sağladığı konusunda yeterincebilince sahip olmuş olduğumuz söylenemez. Bu hedeflere ulaşmada karşılaşılanproblemlere çözüm yolları bulabilmek için sanat eğitiminin tarihinin mutlaka gözönüne bulundurulması gerekmektedir.Sanat Eğitimi Tarihi çerçevesinde ele alınan bu araştırmada ülkemizdesanat eğitiminin geçirmiş olduğu gelişim süreci ele alınarak bu sürece katkıdabulunan unsurlar üzerinde durulmaya çalışılmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Sanat eğitimi tarihi, sanat tarihi, görsel sanatlareğitimiArt education, in the historical process, periods of economic presence inthe educational systems, depending on cultural conditions, technologicaldevelopments started taking place since prehistoric times in the objectives "ofwinning a social creature," Awareness of the human being "to win aestheticsensitivity," "creative personality" within the framework established.
