                                                                                                <abstract><p>Ö Z E TOnyedinci yüzyılın önde gelen filozoflarından Alman Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz’inhukuk ve politika ana ilgilerindendir. Ona göre devlet, üyelerinin gelişmesine engelolacak şeyleri bertaraf etmelidir ve fiziksel güvenliği sağlamalıdır. Aynı zamandadevletin sağlaması gereken en önemli şey insanların mutluluğudur. Leibniz birdevlet içinde birden çok yönetim olabileceğini tartışmaktadır. Toplum içinAristokrasiyi geliştirici bir unsur olarak gören Leibniz, politik organizasyonnoktasında aydınlanmış bir Monarşiyi - yani aklı ve gücü birleştiren – benimser.Anahtar Kelimeler: Tanrı, Monad, Önceden Kurulmuş Uyum, Monarşi, AristokrasiAB S T R AC TOne of the leading philosophers of the 17th century, Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz ofGermany is mainly concerned with law and politics. According to him, the statemust debug the obstacles that prevent the development of its members andprovide the physical security. In addition, the most important thing that the stateshould provide is the happiness of the people. Leibniz discusses that there can bemore than one administrations in a state.
