Abstract

Ultrases yardımıyla alkali emdirilmiş fındık kabuklarından hazırlanmış aktif karbonlar üzerine sulu çözeltilerden Ni2+ adsorpsiyonunun  optimizasyonu  araştırıldı. Böyle sulu çözeltilerden Ni2+ adsorpsiyonuna tanecik boyutu, ultrases güç yoğunluğu, emdirme oranı, emdirme süresi, aktivasyon sıcaklığı ve aktivasyon zamanı gibi bağımsız değişkenlerin etkilerini incelemek için,  deneyler kısmi faktöryel tasarım ve merkezi kompozit tasarımı ile planlandı. Ayrıca, sonuçlar istatistiksel olarak modellendi ve Matlab bilgisayar yazılımı vasıtasıyla kısıtlı optimizasyon programı kullanılarak optimize edildi. Sulu çözeltilerden Ni2+gidermek için aktif karbon hazırlanmasında ultrasesle fındık kabuklarına alkalin emdirmenin yararlı olduğu bulundu.
