KARMA MODELLİ MONTAJ HATLARINDA ÜRETİM ÇİZELGELEME VE SIRALAMA PROBLEMLERİNDE ÜRETİM DÜZGÜNLEŞTİRME YAKLAŞIMLARI
Abstract
Mixed model assembly line is able to produce more than one product type at the same time. Mixed model assembly line can adapt to the varied small size batch production, not keep the inventory to the work in process through verity of product and can quickly response to the abrupt change of demand. Due to the mentioned attributes of mixed model assembly line, waiting/ accumulations in the work stationary. For solving this problem, the production smoothing model are presented. The smoothing production aims to reduce the size of batch and flow as a unique products/ parts/ raw materials throughout the whole system.
In this study, the solution of models that response to demand for certain time at “just in time” according to the JIT approach and “no stock” according to the Lean philosophy in mixed model assemble line in automotive firm. The problem is handled for 50 product with two approach as scheduling and sequencing. In scheduling stage, three solving methods are presented and alternative solutions are obtained for balanced production desired from firm and considering constraints. This solutions are compared with several criteria. In sequencing stage, the work sequence of automobile models in assemble line is determined with modified Goal Chasing method.
