ACİD BLUE 324 BOYARMADDESİNİN LEVREK BALIĞI PULUNA ADSORBSİYONU
Abstract
Bu çalışmada, AB 324’ün levrek balığı pulu (LBP)’na adsorbsiyonu kesikli bir sistemde
araştırılmış; optimum ortam koşulları; başlangıç pH’sı 2.0, sıcaklık 25 oC, başlangıç AB 324 derişimi
200 mg/L ve adsorbent derişimi 1.0 g/L olarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışılan balık pulunun izoelektrik pH’sı
7.25 olarak belirlenmiş; izoelektrik pH değerinden daha düşük pH değerlerinde yüksek giderimler elde
edilmiştir. Adsorpsiyon dengesinin Langmuir izoterm modeline, kinetik verilerin ise yalancı ikinci
mertebe kinetik modeline çok iyi uyduğu saptanmıştır. AB 324’ün levrek balığı pulu (LBP)’na
adsorbsiyonunda tanecik içi ve dışı difüzyonun etkili olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Termodinamik
çalışmalar AB 324’ün LBP’na adsorbsiyonunun ekzotermik ve istemli olduğunu göstermiştir. LBP’nun
adsorpsiyon öncesi ve sonrası karakterizasyonu FTIR, SEM ve EDX analizleri ile gerçekleştirilmiştir.
