Pasini ve Pierini'nin İdiyopatik Atrofoderması

Abstract

Idiopathic atrophoderma of Pasini and Pierini is a rare disease of dermal atrophy with sharply bordered hyperpigmented patches without induration along. Lesions are solitary or multiple, round or irregular shaped. Colours of the lesions may be brown, blue or violaceus but the skin surface seems normal without induration. Recently, atrophoderma of Pasini and Pierini has been reported to be a superficial variant of localised morphea due to similar clinical and histopathological properties. Here, we present a case of 17-year-old boy with three- year history of idiopathic atrophoderma of Pasini and Pierini.

Pasini ve Pierini'nin İdiyopatik Atrofoderması

Abstract

Pasini ve Pierini’nin idiyopatik atrofoderması, tek veya çok sayıda keskin sınırlı, hiperpigmente, indurasyon göstermeyen yamalarla karakterli bir dermal atrofi hastalığıdır. Lezyonlar tek veya çok sayıda, yuvarlak veya oval düzensiz șekillidir. Kahverengi, mavimsi, violase renkli olabilir ancak deri yüzeyi normal görünümdedir, endurasyon gözlenmez. Son zamanlarda benzer klinik ve histolojik özellikler nedeniyle lokalize morfeanın yüzeyel bir șekli olduğu ileri sürülmektedir. Burada 17 yașında erkek hastada 3 yıldır olan Pasini Pierini’nin idiyopatik atrofoderması nadir görülmesi nedeniyle sunulmaktadır.
