Spontan İntraserebral Hematomlarda Cerrahi Tedavi

Abstract

Bu calismada Ankara Universitesi Typ Fakiiltesi Norosirtrji Ana- bilim Dah’nda spontan intraserebral hematom (ISH) nedeniyle opere edilen 53 olgu yas, sistemik hastaliklari, noérolojik durumlari, operas- yon. kriterleri ve post-operatif nérolojik durumlar: yéntinden incelen- mislerdir, Tim olgularda intraserebral hematomlar cerrahi operasyon endikasyonu konduktan sonra kraniotomi ile bosaltildi. Orta hat ya- piiarinda belirgin itilme yapan tSH'larda erken cerrahi ile ameliyat sonras1 dénemde belirgin diizelme sagland.,

Abstract

This report reviews the age, systemic disease, operative criteria. post-operative neurological states of 53 cases operated on for spontancous intracerebral hematoma between the year of 1965 - 1991 the Neurosurgery Department of Ankara University, Faculty of Medicine. In all patients intracerebral hematomas were evacuated via craniotomy after surgical indication have stated. Early surgical evacu- ation of intracerebral hematomas that caused mid-line shifts may im- prove post-operative neurological states.
