OSSIFYING FIBROMA

Abstract

Ossifying fibroma is a rare fibroosseous benign neoplasm, which generally effects the orbits, paranasal sinuses and mandibulae. In this article a case of 10 years old girl, who has an ossifying fibroma originating from the nasal cavity, invading the left orbit and causing proptosis is presented.

Kemikleşen Fibrom

Abstract

Ossifying fibroma, fibroosseéz karakterde bir lezyon olup, genellikle orbita, paranazal sinisler ve gene kemiklerinde, oldukea nadir rastlanan benign bir neoplazmadir. Bu makalemizde 10 yasinda bir kiz cocukta, nazal kaviteden kéken alarak orbitaya yaylım gösteren bir ossifying fibroma olgusu, literatür de gozden geçirilerek sunulmustur.
