Abstract

Prostaglandinlerin, yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda reproduktif sistem üzerine çeşitli etkileri olduğu ortaya konmuştur. Bu özellikleri ile doğum induksiyonu, servikal maturasyon, infertilite, kontrasepsiyon, gebelik toksemisi ve tubal gebelik gibi konularda kullanım alâanı bulmuşlardır. Bu derlemede prostaglandinlerin jinekoloji ve obstetrikde kullanım alanları özetlenmeye çalışılmıştır.

Uses Of Prostaglandıns In Gynecology And Obstetrıcs

Abstract

Prostaglandins have various effects in reproductive system shown by several studies. They were used in many subjects such as induction of labour, infertility, contraception, servical maturation, toxemia, and ectopic grocess. In this article, the prostaglandins effect's are summirized in the field of gynecology and obstetrics.
