Geçici Fokal Serebran İskemi Sonrası İntra Arteriyel Mannitolum Etkisinin Araştırılması

Abstract

Geçici serebral iskemi oluşturulan tavşanlarda, iskemi sonrasında, resirkülasyonla beraber intra arteriyel olarak verilenManritol'ün iskemik bölge üzerine olan etkileri histopatolojik olarak ineçlenmiştir. Mannitol'ün iskemik perioddan sonra verilmesinin iskemiyi azaltıcı faydalı etkisi görülmüştür.

Investıgatıon Of The Effect Of Intra-Arterıal Mannıtolum After Transıtıonal Focal Cerebral Ischemıa

Abstract

The effect of intra arterialiy Mannitol perfusion starting with the repertusion of focal cerebral ischemic rabbits for four hours duration are evaluated histopatologically, Mannitol administered after the ischemic period is found to be of benefical effect in reducing ischemic lesion.
