Abstract

Sol omuzundaki ağrı ve hareket kısıtlığı nedeniyle şikâyetçi olan hastanın humerus proksimal ucundaki lezyona daha é6nce hemanjiom tanisiyla kuretaj yapilmis. Ancak hastahk tekrar nüks ettiği humerus rezeksiyonu yapildi. Ameliyat materyalinin incelenmesinde lezyonun hemanjiom değil, osteoblastım olduğu saptandı, Hasta yaşı, lezyonun lokalizasyonu gibi yanlış tanıya yol ağrısı nedeniyle ilgili bulunan vaka literatürlerin ışığı altında tartışıldı.

A Case Of Osteoblastoma

Abstract

29 years old woman patient whose main complaint was pain on the left shoulder and limitation of arm movoment is discussed on these paper. The lesion in the proximal humerus had been curetted before that and it was diagnosed as hemangioma. Proximal humerus resection was performed because of recurrences. The diagnoses was settled
up as osteoblastoma. Because of some unusual apearence of this case (such as the patient age, the localisation of lesion, etc.) we considered .it an interesting case. The case is discussed with literatures.
