Akciğer Kanserlerinde Kemik İliği Tutulumunun Araştırılması

Abstract

Tedavi edilmemiş 53 akciğer kanserinde kemik iliği tutulumu araştırılmıştır. Bu hastaların 39'ü (% 62.3) yassı hücreli, 12'i (%22.6) küçükhücreli, 5'i (% 9.4) adeni ve 3'ü (%5.7) ise büyük hücreli akciger kanseri idi. Küçük hücreli akciğer kanseri olanların 3'ünde ( 25)kemik iliği metastazı saptanırken, küçük hücreli olmayan diğer akciğer kanseri olgularında kemik iliği tutulumu tesbit edilmemiştir.Kemik iliği metastazlı küçük hücreli akciğer kanserli hastaların birinde' lökopeni, 2'sinde anemi ve trombositopeni saptanırken 1'inde lökoeritroblastikaktivite görülmüştür. Ayrıca serum laktik dehidrogenaz düzeyindeki belirgin yükseklik ile kemik iliği tutulumu arasında pozitif ilişki tesbit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak küçük hücreli akciğer kanseri tanısı alan akciğer kanseri hastalarında evrelendirme ve tedavinin takibinde kemik iliği değerlendirilmesinin yararlı olabileceği kanısı ortaya çıkmıştır.

Investıgatıon Of Bone Marrow Involvement In Lung Cancer

Abstract

In 53 unitreated lung cancer patients bone marrow involvement isinvestigated. 33 Patients (62.3 “) have sguamoz cell, 12 (22.6 X) have small cell, 5 (9.4 ©) have adeno and 3 (5.7 ©) have large cell lung cancer, 3 patients with small cell lüng cancer had bone marrow involvemeni, The other patients with non-small cell lung cancer demonstrated no bone marrow metastastasis. in 3 small cell lung cancer patients with bone marrow involvement one had leukopenia, 2 had anemia and thrombocytopenia and 1 had a leukoerythroblastic picture, A. positive correlation was found between high serum lactic dehydrogenase levels and bone marrow involvement. As a result it can be stated that in staging and following the therapy of emall June cell cancer patient bone marrow examination is an a helpful tool.
