Abstract

Endotrakeal entiibasyona bağlı torasik özofageal perforasyon olgusu sunuldu. Kapali sualti drenaji, irrigasyon, hiperalimantasyon antibiotik ile komplikasyon tedavi edilen hasta sifa ile taburcu edildi. Major gelismeyen olgu, hiçbir diyet kısıtlaması normal yasamina dendi. Olgu, literatür verileri tartisildi.

Abstract

The case with thoracic esophageal perforation due to endotrac- heal intubation has been presented. The patient was treated with pleural drainage and irrigation, hyperalimentation and antibiotics. She did very well and was discharged without any symptom.
