İNTRA ARTERİEL KEMOTERAPİ TEKNİKLERİ

Abstract

Malign hastalıkların tedavisinde cerrahi, irradiasyon ve Sistemik kemoterapiye ek olarak son yıllarda giderek daha yaygın kullanılır hale gelen bir diğer yöntem de regional kemoterapidir. Regioonal kemoterapinin önemli bir bölümünü ise intra arteriel kemoterapi infüzyonları oluşturmaktadır. Bu makalede vücudun değişik bölgeleri ve bu bölgelerdeki değişik kanser türleri için kullanılan arteriel kateterizasyon teknikleri ile bunların indikasyon ve sınırlamaları incelenmiştir. Uygulama ile alınan erken sonuçlar daha sonra sunulacaktır.
