Sintifotosplenoportografi ile Portal Dolaşımın İncelenmesi

Abstract

Karaciger sirozunun bir komplikasyonu olan portal hipertansiyon ve kollaterallerin gésterilebilmesi igin dalaktan *"Tc verilerek sintifotosplenoportografi (SSP) teknigi ile 7 kontrol ve 17 sirotik hasta incelendi. Elde edilen gériintiilerin tipine gére vakalar 3 ana grupta inceiendi. Kontroller ve 3 hastada Grup 1 (normal splenoportal aks ve karaciger aktivitesi), 11 hastada Grup 2 (kivrintili ve genis splenoportal aks, kranial veya kaudal kollateraller, normal karaciger aktivitesi), 3 hastada da Grup 3 (kivrmtih splenik ven, hizla olugan kalp aktivitesi ile birlikte karaciger aktivitesinin olmamasi) ile uyumlu goriinttiler izlendi. Vakalarm hichirinde komplikasyon olmadi. SSP, portal hipertansiyonun gésterilmesinde, dzellikle splenoportografinin riskli oldugu vakalarda iyi bir alternatifdir.

SINTIFOTOSPLENOPORTOGRAFI ILE PORTAL DOLASIMIN INCELENMESI

Abstract

Scintiphotosplenoportography was performed by injecting *™Tc into the spleen in 7 control and 17 cirrhotic patients for the demonstration of portal hypertension and collateral circulation, a complication of liver cirrhosis. Normal image of spleo-portal axis and liver radioactivity were found i n3 patients and in all the control cases (group 1). A tortuous splenic and portal vein, cranial or caudal flow pattern in collaterals and normal liver radioactivity were found in 11 patients (group 2). A tortuous splenic vein without a liver image and rapid visualization of the heart were found in 3 patients (group 3). No significant complications were encountered. In high risk patients scintiphotosplenoportography is an alternative technique to splenoportography for the evaluation of portal hypertension
