Abstract

CAPD uygulanan son dönem böbrek yetmezlikli 49 hastanın serum ve diyalizatlarında total protein, albumin, C3 kompleman, IgM, IgG, IgA düzeyleri saptandı. Hastaların 15 inde peritonit bulguları
mevcutken 25 inde peritonit yoktu. Peritonitsiz hastaların serum total proteini 5.34 * 0.14 gwWdl, serum albumini 2.78 * 0.3 gr/dl olarak tesbit edildi. Peritonitl ihastaların serum total proteini 5.29 - 0.22 gr/dl, serum albumini 2.63 0.25 gr/ di idi. Her iki gruptaki değerler kontrol grubunun ayni değerleri ile (total protein 7.37 £ 0.21 gr/dl ,albumin 4.32 -- 9.36 gr/dl) karşılaştırıldığı zaman anlamlı derecede düşük olduğu tesbit edildi (p< 0.001). Peritonitli grupta serum IgA düzeyleri (313 * 24,76 mg/dl), konirol grubuna göre (194.26 * 24.76 mg/dl), anlamlı derecede yüksekti
(p<0.001).Peritonitli hastaların diyalizatlarından kaybedilen total protein (16.8 £ 1.0 gr/gün) ve albuminin (7.18 * 1.0 gr/gün) peritonitsiz gruba (total protein 12.3 0.79 gr/gün, albumin 43 * 04 gr/gün) yüksek olduğu saptandı (p<0.00). Peritonitli hastalarda diyalizatla kaybedilen IgG (773 * 115.3 mg/gün) ve İgA düzeylerinin (18729 * 466 mg/gün), peritonitsiz hastalara göre (IgA 462 * 55.32 mg/gün, IgA 92.87 * 17.54 mg/gün) yüksek olduğu gözlendi (p< 0.01),
