35 Acute Leukemia cases followed in our Department were classified by Immunophenotyping. The cases were classified as 13 ALL, 17 ANLL and 5 undifferentiated Acute Leukemia. Further classification revealed that ALL cases could be subdivided as 7 Non-T ALL, 4 T-ALL, 1 prolymphocytic leukemia and one Natural Killer leukemia. Immu-
nophenotyping was clearly helpful in determining the monocytic component in ANLL. In Acute Leukemia cases where conventional methods failed to reveal any leukemia typing, immunophenotyping has been found to be successful.

ALL olgularinin 7’si Non-T’ ALL, 4’ T-ALL, 1 prolenfositik lésemi ve 1’i de
Natural Killer lésemi olarak degerlendirilmistir. ANLL olgularinda ise Ozellikle monositer komponenti ayirdetmede immunfenotiplendirmenin belirgin yarar: oldugu izlenmistir. Konvansiyonel yontemlerle siniflandirma yapilamayan Akut Lésemi olgularinda immunfenotiplendirme ile ayırım yapılabilmiştir.
