Abstract

Diyalizate 6:-microglobulin levels were determined on 40 patients, with end-stage renal failure who underwent CAPD regularly. Fifteen health volunteers were chosen as control group. 15 of the patients had symptoms due to paritonitis. Mean serum /2-microglobulin levels of the patients with peritonitis
who underwent CAPD was (30.14 + 3.16 mg/l). This was (3.48 + 1.39 mg/l) for the control group. The value for peritonitis group was found to be significantly higher (p<0.001). Some significant increase was also noted between the control group and patients without peritonitis who underwent CAPD. (2-microglobulin levels was (30.13 + 1.86 mg/l) (p<0.001), in these patients.

Abstract

CAPD tedavisi uygulanan son dénem bébrek yetmezlikli 40 hastada serum ve diyalizat 6. mikroglobulin dtizeyleri tayin edildi. Kontrol grubu olarak 15 géniillticde serum 6.2- dizeyleri saptanarak hasta erubun degerleri ile karsilastirildi. Hastalarin 15 inde peritonit bulgulari mevcut iken, 25 inde peritonit bulgularn yoktu.Peritonitli CAPD olgularimin ortalama §: mikroglobulin duzeyleri (30.14 + 3.16), normal grubun ortalama degerleri ile (3.48 + 1,39) karsilastiruldigi zaman peritonitli olgularda anlamh bir yukseklik saptandi (p< 0.001). 241 1.86) Peritonitsiz CAPD li hastalarin serum ortalama 62.- duzeylerei (30.13 + normal olgulara gdére yine anlamh derecede yitiksekti (p< 0.001). Peritonitli ve peritonitsiz CAPD li hastalarm serum 8: mikroglo- bulin dtizeyleri arasinda herhangi bir iliski gézlenmedi. CAPD uygulanan peritonitli hastalarin diyalizatlarindan kaybedilen gtinluk 6:- mikroglobulin degerleri (66.07 + 7.97 mg/giin), peritonitsiz 6; mikroglobulin degerlerine (32.06 + 3.56 mg/gtin) gére anlamlı derecede yüksek saptandi (p< 0.001).
