Abstract

Ateş, hepatosplenomegali, anemi ve trombositopeni nedeniyle izlenerek kısa sürede kaybedilen ve otopsi ile FEL tanısı alan 4 aylık erkek hasta takdim edildi ve hastalığın klinik ve laboratuvar bulguları gözden geçirilerek ayırıcı tanısı tartışıldı.

Familial Erythrephagoeytic Lymphohistiocytosis Diagnosed by Postmortem Examination

Abstract

A four - month old boy who had sysmptoms of fever, hepatosplenomegalie, anemia, and thrombocytopenia is presented. He died in a short course and post mortem examination revealed the diagnosis of FEL. The symptoms, clinical course, laboratory findings and differantial diagnosis of the disease were reviewed.
