Deniz Mavisi Histiosit Sendromu

Abstract

Deniz mavisi histiositler çeşitli hastalıklarda kemik iliği ve dalakta görülmekle birlikte primer olarak görüldüğü durum deniz mavisi histiosit sendromu adını almakta ve karaciğer - dalak büyüklüğü, hafif anemi, trombositopeni ile birlikte gitmektedir. Burada hepatosplenomegali ile birlikte kemik iliği ve dalakta çok sayıda deniz mavisi histiosit görülerek deniz mavisi histiosit sendromu tanısı alan ve yüksek serum asit fosfataz düzeyleri saptanan 3 yaşındaki bir çocuk ile kemik iliğinde deniz mavisi histiositler görülen babası sunulmaktadır.

(Sea Blue Histiosit Sendromu)

Abstract

Sea-blue histiocytes in bone marow and spleen generaliy accompany various diseases. Primary sea-blue histiocyte syndrome, however is a rather rare entity in which hepatosplenomegaly, mild anemia and thrombocytopenia is seen. We report a 3-year-old child with hepatosplenomegaly and mild anemia who had numerous sea-blue his tiocytes in his bone marrow and spleen. Serum acid phosphatase levels were found to be increased. Numerous sea-blue histiocytes were seen in the bone marrow of his father, too.
