Erektil Disfonksiyonda Papaverin Self Enjeksiyon Tedavisinin Yeri

Abstract

Erektil disfonksiyonun tedavisinde papaverin ile intrakavernosal self -enjeksiyon tedavisinin etkinlik ve emniyetini değerlendirmek amacıyla, 36 hasta üzerinde prospektif bir çalışma, gerçekleştirdik. Çalışmada erektil disfonksiyon yakınması ile başvuran hastaların önce etiyolojik sınıflandırılmaları yapıldı. Daha sonra organik bir etiyoloji saptanılamayan hastalara tedavi amacıyla intrakavernosal papaverin enjeksiyonu uygulandı. Bu uygulama sonucu fonksiyonel tam ereksiyon gelişen hastaların 36'sı self-enjeksiyon programına alındı. Bu uygulamadan da tatminkar sonuçlar sağlandı. Seride pek az olguda penis dorsal bölgesinde küçük ekimotik alanlar ve enjeksiyon sırasında hafif ağrı dışında ciddi bir komplikasyona rastlanilmadi. Erektil disfonksiyon tedavisinde, dzellikle organik bir etiyolojiye sahip olmayan hastalarda olmak tizere, papaverin ile self - enjeksiyon seklindeki tedavinin pratik, emniyetli ve etkili bir yéntem olabilecegi kanısına varıldı.

Intracavernous Self - Injection With Papaverine For The Treatment Of Impotence

Abstract

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of intracavernous self - injection of papaverine for the treatment of impotence, we carried out aprospective study including 36 patients. Before selecting patients for self - injection therapy, the etiological classification of patients was determined. Then, we injected papaverin intracavernousally to the patients, we injected papaverine intracavernousally to the patients, who didn't have organic etiology. 36 patients who had complete erection after papaverine injection, were taken for self - injection therapy. The was no serious complication in the study group. The results of this indicate that, self - injection therapy with papaverine, for the treatment of nonvasculogenic erectile dysfunction is practical, safe and efficient.
