Abstract

Epifrenik divertikül BT'de, ince duvarlı, hava içeren ya da sıvıhava düzeyi gösteren ve özofagusla ilişkili bir yapı olarak kolayca saptanabilir. Mediasten apsesi, tümör ya da hiatus hernisinden ayırt edilmelidir.
