Abstract

Mulktiloküler böbrek kisti seyrek görülen benign lezyonlardandır.
Bebeklikde ve erişkin dönemde görülebilirler. Özellikle bebeklik döneminde
böbreğin diğer kistik lezyonları ve Wilms tümörü ile ayırıcı
tarılarının yapılması yanıda, Wilms tümörü komponenti bulundurabileceklerinden
dikkatli histopatolojik inceleme gerekmektedir. Burada
altı aylık bir kız hastada daha önce yayınlanan olgularla, histopatolojik
ve klinik karşılaştırmaları yapılarak lezyon tanımlanmaktadir.

Multılocular Renal Cyst A Case Report And Review Of The Literature

Abstract

Multilocular cysts of the kidney are benign and rare lesions. They can be seen at infancy and at older ages. These lesions especialiy at infancy must be differantiated from other renal cystic lesions and Wilms tumor. Because that they may have Wilms tumor component a carefuli histopathological detection must be done. Here we describe a six month old female baby with the clinical and histopathological comparison of the cases reported before.
