Mide Ve Duodenum Hastalıklarının Tanısında Radyolojik Ve Endoskopik Bulgularla Ameliyat Bulgularının Karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Daha az vakit alması, daha yüksek oranda doğru ve kesin tanıya götürmesi ve biopsi alınarak histolojik tam koydurması avantajları nedeniyle endoskopik yöntem mide-duodenum hastalıklarının tanısında giderek daha yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Bu çalışma AÜ. Tıp Fakültesi Genel Cenahi Anabilim Dalında endoskopinin kullanıma gifişinden sonra bir grup hastada endoskopik bulguların radyolojik ve ameliyat bulgularıyla karşılaştırılmasından oluşmaktadır. Sonuçta muayene ile mide-duodenum hastalıkları % 23.8 oranında hatalı değerlendirilirken bu hata radyolojik muayenede % 41.4 Mide ve Duodenum Hastallþlann;n Tantszndd Radyolojik ve Endoskopik 499 olarak bulunmustur. Endoskopik muayenenin üstünlüžüne ražmen gerektižinde radyolojik muayenenin de tamamlaylcu veya yolgösterici olarak uygulanmasl ile mide-duodenum hastallklarmda tam hatalalarm.]-n en aza indirebileceži kamsl desteklenmistir.

The Comparlson of the Operative Findings With Radlologlc and Endoscoplc Diagnosis of the Gastroduoderal Leslons

Abstract

During recent years fiberoptic endoscopy has made great improvements in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal diseases. Because of many advantages such as higher diagnostic accuracy, and the possiþility of taking biopsy with endoscopÿ and higher diagnostic errors with radiologic examinations has made the endoscopy as main diagnostic modality in gastrointestinal system. In this study the results of epdoscopic and radiologic examinations was compared with operative findings in a series of patients mainly composed of doudenal lesions (n : 67). Diagnostic errors was found as 23.8 % with endoscopy and as 41.4 % with radiologic examinations. More experience with endoscopy and complemantorv use of radiologic and endoscopic techniques when necessary may decrease the diagnostic errors in gastrointestinal diseases.
