Abstract

İntrakranial anevrizma nedeniyle ameliyat olan 219 hastanın postop. vazospazm yönünden taraması yapıldı. Uygulanan hipotansif anestezi yöntemleri (Trimetefan, SNP, halotan) arasında en düşük vazospazın sayısının SNP'de olduğu saptandı
