Hidatik Kistli Hastalarda Serum Immunglobulın E Düzeyleri İle Birlikte Bazofil Degranülasyon Testinin Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Akciğer kist hidatiği bulunan 29 -hastada serum total IgE ve spesifik IgE tayini ile birlikte, bazofil degranülasyon testinin tamdaki değeri araştırıldı. Hasta grubunda serum total IgE ve spesifik IgE değerleri kontrollerden anlamlı derecede yüksek bulundu (pÇ0.001), (p «.001). Üç ayrı konsantrasyonda yapılan bazofildegranülasyon testi, hasta grubunda kontrollere kıyasla anlamlı farklılık gösterdi (p «-0.001). Sonuç olarak, basit ve kolay uygulanabilir bir test olan bazofil degranülasyon testinin kist hidatik teşhisinde yararlı olduğunu söyleyebiliriz.

Evaluation of Basophil Degranulation Test with Serum Immunoglobulin E Levels in Patients with Hydatid Cysts

Abstract

The evalution of basophil degranulation test in association with serum total IgE and specific IgE levels in the patinets with hydatic cysts. We studied the diagnostic value of bosophil degranulation specific IgE levels in 29 patients with pulmonary hydatic cysts. Serum total IgE and specific IgE levels was significant higher than controls (p<0.001), (13<0.001).Results of basophil degranulation test for three dilutions showed significant difference between patients and control (p <0.001). We can say that the basophil degranulation test proves useful in diagnosis of hydatidosis
