Abdominal Epilepsi

Abstract

Bu çahsmada abdominal epilepsi tamsl Olan ve carbamazepeine tedavisine cevap veren 8 hastamn klinik ve elektroensefolografik özellikleri tartlîlldl. Çocukluk çagmm paroksimal abdominal agrllan arasmda slkllkla görülebilen nedenlerden abdominal epilepsi ve abdominal migrenle asnrlcl tam üzerinde duruldu.

Abdominal Epilepsi

Abstract

The clinical and EEG findings of 8 patients with abdominal epilepsy are presented. We gave carbomazepeine to all the patiens and all but except one were responded to therapys The differantial diagnosis of abdominal epilepsy and abdominal migraine -which both are the common causes of the abdominal pain in childhood- are also discussed
