Abstract

The pre and post therapy serum immunglobuline A. M. and G. levels of 32 head and neck Cancer patients are inivestigated. The radiotherapy results of pre and post therapy and operative values
are compared. Also the gamaglobulin levels are studied whether they are inflicted by neck metastasis or not. The Ig A levels statistically found hgih in our patients, however the decrease after the therapy in meaningfull. The effects of radiotherapy and the operation on Ig A are the same. The metastase to the neck does not effect the gamaglobuline levels. Statistically the differences between Ig A and Ig G levels are not important.

BAS - BOYUN KANSERLi HASTALARDA TEDAVI ONCESi VE SONRASI SERUM IMMUNOGLOBULIN -A- M, ve G DEGERLERI

Abstract

Baş ve boyun kanseri olan 32 hastanın serum IgA, M ve G değerlerinin tedavi öncesi ve sonrasındaki seviyeleri araştırıldı. Tedavi öncesi ve sonrası ,radyoterapi ve operasyon sonrası degerler karşılaştırıldı. Ayrıca boyuna metastazların immünoglobülinlerin seviyelerini etkileyip etkilemediği incelendi. Hastalarımızda tedavi öncesi IgA istatistiki olarak yüksek bulunmus olup, tedavi sonrası düşüşde aynı şekilde anlamlıdır. Radyoterapi ve operasyoniun IgA üzerindeki etkileri aynı derecededir. Boyuna metastaz immünoglobülin düzeylerini etkilememektedir. IgM ve IgG seviyelerindeki farklılık istatistiki olarak önemli değildir.
