METASTİK AKCİĞER TÜMÖRLERİNDE REZEKSİYON ENDİKASYONLARI VE SONUÇLARI

Abstract

Kliniğimizde 1981 - 1990 arasındaki on yıllık dönemde metastatik akciğer tümörü tanısı ile torakotomi yapılan 32 hasta sunuldu. Primer odağın, 9 hastada malign mezenşimal tümör, 6 hastada gastrointestinal sistem ve 4 hastada ise baş-boyun tümörü olduğu görüldü. Diğerleri ise ikişer hasta ile malign melanom, böbrek, over, meme ve birer hasta ile prostat ve testis kökenli idj. Olguların 14'üne wedge rezeksiyon, 5'ine lobektomi, 2'sine pnömonektomi ve İl'ine de biopsi uygu landı. Mortalite görülmezken % G oranında morbidito gözlendi. Hastaların 21 'ine postoperatif kemoterapi yapıldı. Ortalama yaşam süresi 21 ay olarak belirlendi. Bu çalışmada, metastasektomi uygulanan olguların takipleri çok iyi yapılmamasına karşın elde edilen sonuçlar, bu sağaltımın yaşam süresi üzerine olumlu etkisini göcterdi.
