Servikal Vertebrektomi Ve Stabilizasyon İçin Kullanılan Vitallium Destekli Akrilik Protez, Teknik Not
Abstract
6 aylık C 5-6 fraktür dislokasyonda uygulanan vertebrektomi ve metilmetakrilat-vitallium plak ile oluşturulan protezin servikal stabilizasyon için kullanılma tekniği takdim edilmektedir. Geçirdiği bir travma sonucu C 5-6 arası angulasyon, faset kitlenmesi ve kal oluşumu görülen bir erkek hastaya belirli bir süre Crutchfielde traksion ile eksternal stabilizasyon uygulandıktan sonra cerrahi olarak C 5 ve C 6 vertebrektomi yapılıp vitallium plak destekli metilmetakrilat protez ile füzyon sağlandı. Servikal füzyon için kullanılan diğer, değişik maddeler ve takdim edilen tekniğin çeşitli yönleri tartışılmaktadır.
