Servikal Vertebrektomi Ve Stabilizasyon İçin Kullanılan Vitallium Destekli Akrilik Protez, Teknik Not

Abstract

6 aylık C 5-6 fraktür dislokasyonda uygulanan vertebrektomi ve metilmetakrilat-vitallium plak ile oluşturulan protezin servikal stabilizasyon için kullanılma tekniği takdim edilmektedir. Geçirdiği bir travma sonucu C 5-6 arası angulasyon, faset kitlenmesi ve kal oluşumu görülen bir erkek hastaya belirli bir süre Crutchfielde traksion ile eksternal stabilizasyon uygulandıktan sonra cerrahi olarak C 5 ve C 6 vertebrektomi yapılıp vitallium plak destekli metilmetakrilat protez ile füzyon sağlandı. Servikal füzyon için kullanılan diğer, değişik maddeler ve takdim edilen tekniğin çeşitli yönleri tartışılmaktadır.

Cervical Vertebrectomy and Vitallium Supported Acrylic Prosthesis Used for $tabilization. Technical Note.

Abstract

Vertebrectomy performed in a C 5-6 fracture of sıx months duration and the technigue of using a prosthesis, made of methylmetacrylate and vitallium plague, for stabilization. Crutchfield traction was applied for external stabilization to a male patient who had a C 5-6 angulation, locked facets and callus formation as a result of a trauma he hud. Afterwards C5 and C 6 vertebrectomy Was performed surgically and fusion was accomplished by using a vitallilum plague supported acrylic prosthesis. The other, different material used for cervical fusion and various aspects of the presented technigue is discussed.
