Abstract

Künt karaciğer travması nedeniyle, önseçimsiz olarak tedavi edilen 85 hastanın kayıtları, klinik özellikleri, tedavi ve sonuçları gözden geçirildi. 22 Ölüm vardı ve mortalite % 25,88 idi, Bulgularımıza göre : Drenaj postoperatif komplikasyonları azaltmak yönünden etkilidir, Mortalite, travmaya uğrayan organların sayısıyla da yansıtıldığı üzere, direkt olarak travmanın şiddetiyle ilgilidir. Komplikasyonların başlıcaları, akciğer problemleri, sepsis ve kanamadır.

Blunt Liver Trauma (A Review of 85 Cases Treated)

Abstract

The records of 85 consecutively treated patients with hepatic traiima were reviewed for clinical features, treatment and results. There were 22 deaths and mortality was 25.88 %. According to our findings : Drainage is effectivc in reducing postoperative complications. Mortality is directly related to the severity of injury as reflected by the number of organs injured, Complications are predominantly pulmonary problems, sepsis and hemorrhage,
