Abstract

1 — Çalışma, 1981 yılında A.Ü. Tıp Fakültesi Kardiyoloji kliniğinde yatan, «digital * diüretik» tedaviye refrakter 11 kronik konjestif kalb yetmezlikli hasta üzerinde yapılmıştır.

The effect of isosorbid dinitrat on left ventircular function in chronic congestive heart failure. A study made by clinical and echocardiographic examination

Abstract

In this paper we studied 11 cases of intractable heart failure refractory to all treatment. Although they have been taking full dosisol digilalis and diuretic, displeyed no regression in any symptom and sign of the congestive heart failure, In an attempt to ameliorate the clinical status we prescribed to all patient per os isosorbid dinitrate 160 mg daliy devieded in egual dosis during 7 days. By this method left ventricular functional capacity, studied by echocardiography and clinical syptoms and signs of the conestive heart failure improved substantialIy.
