Anne Ve Kordon Kanlarında Serum Çinko Ve Bakır Düzeyleri

Abstract

Bu arastirmada sağlıklı durumdaki annclerden miadinda ve normal dogumla dünyaya gelen 235 bebegin kordon kanlarinda serum çinko ve bakir düzeyleri ölçüldü. Bu bebeklere ait annelerden 41'inden alınan kan drneklerinde cinko ve bakir diizeyleri dlgiilerek kontrol grubu olarak kullanildi. Kordon serumunda çinko diizeyerinin belirgin sckilde annelerdeki cinko düzeylerinden yüksek olduğu saptandı (p< 0.005). Anne ve kordon kanlarindaki serum çinko düzeylerinin gösterdigi genis dağılım annenin çinko kaynağını olugturan besinlerin alımındaki farkliliklara bağlandı. Anne ve kordon kanlarindaki serum bakir düzeyleri karşılaştırmasında kordon kaninda ortalama bakir düzeyinin annedekine göre gok anlamlı bir sekilde düşük oldugu saptandi (p< 0.001). Bu sonuç literatürdeki bulgularla da uygunluk gostermistir.

Zinc And Copper In Cord Bloods And Mothers’ Serum

Abstract

The levels of zinc and copper in 235 cord bloods and in the serum of 41 apparently healthy mothers were determined by the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer. Statistically, a high significant difference was found between the cord and mothers’ mean serum copper levels (p<0.001). A less significant difference was detected between the mean serum zinc levels in both groups (p<0.005). The distribution of serum zinc levels in a large scale in both groups was suggested that it may reflect the maternal food regimen.
