Abstract

Eritropoietik porfirya (KEP) veya Günther hastalığı nadir görü!en konjenital bir hastalıktır. Işığa karşı duyarlılığın çok belirgin oluşu ve aşırı porfirinüri bu hastalığın hepatik porfiryalar ile karıştırılmasına neden olmaktadır (4), Bu derle mede hastalığa özgü öze:likler üzerine eğilinerek diğer porfiryalardan nasıl ayır dedilebileceği anlatılacaktır

Congenital Erythropoietic Porphyria

Abstract

Erythropoietic porphyria (EPP) or Günther disease is a rare congenital disease. The very pronounced sensitivity to light and the extreme porphyrinuria cause this disease to be confused with hepatic porphyrias (4). In this review, the specific features of the disease will be discussed and how it can be distinguished from other porphyrias will be explained.
